Diversity and Inclusion

EMAS strives to create a diverse community rooted in an inclusive and equitable environment for staff and employees to succeed. The Diversity and Inclusion Taskforce seeks to consider various issues related to diversity, inclusion, and equity within EMAS.

Dollars and Sense

Dollars and Sense is a financial wellness program committed to creating financially healthy NC State students. The program endeavors to address the financial concerns unique to college life as well as equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to maintain lifelong financial wellness.

Employee Well-Being

Wellness is defined at NC State through six elements that foster a balanced, holistic life. These elements include purpose, community, physical, social, emotional, and financial wellness. The Employee Well-Being Taskforce seeks to create a progressive and supportive workplace within EMAS.

Provost’s Professional Experience Program

The Provost’s Professional Experience (PEP) program was created by the Office of the Provost to create meaningful campus student employment opportunities with particular emphasis on expanding research enrichment and career development for undergraduate students regardless of financial need.
