Sara Schertz

Bio

Sara Schertz joined the Office of Undergraduate Admissions in the Fall 2022 term as an Admissions Counselor. In this role, she assists in identifying, recruiting, and enrolling a new academically strong and diverse student class each academic year. She provides customer service, support, and recruitment to prospective students, families, and stakeholders, processes applications and supporting materials, as well as articulating admissions policies and procedures to students, parents, and counselors.

Outside of Undergraduate Admissions, Sara’s hobbies include reading, writing, and playing with her cats Omi and Inu. As a North Carolina native, she enjoys traveling across the state in search of the best coffee and food North Carolina has to offer.
