This form is to submit a student record data request to Enrollment Management and Services (EMAS).

Assessment Reports
In collaboration with the Office of Assessment and Accreditation, EMAS ensures continuous evaluation and enhancement of programs, initiatives, and units.
Under a central set of guidelines and principles, EMAS measures the impact and performance of each unit and works towards organizational excellence based on solid metrics and data. EMAS strives to evaluate, modify and improve constantly to meet the mission and strategic goals of the division and the university.
